He Said-She Said is a project I am working on with US singer/songwriter, Peter Karp. It started as a simple email and letter correspondence that took on a life of it's own. The letters turned into songs and before we knew it we had composed enough material for a CD (we actually have more than enough). the music is intimate and simple, played with acoustic instruments, piano, nylon string guitar, dobro...It tells the story...the only story anyone really wants to hear from the perspective of a man..then a woman...
We have previewed the show to sold out crowds at the Epcor Center (Calgary AB) and the Winspear Center (Edmonton AB) as well as many dates through the US and the response from fans has been overwhelming.
We plan to start recording the He Said-She Said CD in Dec 2008 for a tentative release of June 2009.
